* Student valid cards are needed for registrations. If student cards are not in French or English, please give a student certificate (in French or English) from your university.

Registration fees includes
- Opening ceremony and welcome reception
- Participation in all scientific programme
- Congress material (Proceeding Congress with ISBN, Congress Programme, bag, …)
- Four lunches* (Tuesday 1, Wednesday 2, Thursday 3 and Friday 4 March 2016)
- Coffee breaks
- Congress excursion
- Closing ceremony,
- Admissions to exhibitions
- Participation in social events (excl. Congress dinner Gala)
Optional ticket (Banquet)
Conference banquet, which will be outside the city of Valenciennes, is not included in the registration fees (35€). Attendees can add this amount to the registration process or simply pay a ticket during the congress opening registration.

The Congress Committee reserves the right to cancel participation in the Congress to those who do not register.
