The information collected to participate in the "Researchers' Tuesday 2023" competition is recorded in a computer file under the responsibility of the President of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France in order to organise Researchers' Tuesday 2023.
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the participants.
The personal data collected is communicated to the organisers of the UPHF Research and Development Department.
Registration data are deleted one month after the event. Video and audio recordings are kept for 2 years.
