Admissions in the framework of an exchange programme

The application file must contain the following documents :

  • A study programme which details the subjects that the applicant wishes to find equivalent courses for at the UVHC and the list of courses the candidate expects to follow at the UVHC (including end of year projects and laboratory placements). This study programme must be signed by the student and approved by his/her academic supervisor. For ERASMUS candidates the study programme must correspond to the ECTS norm and represent 30 credits for one semester and 60 credits for a year (Click here to download the UVHC model).

  • Copy of university exam results of the last two years. Any missing information can be supplied later.

  • Attestation of student registration at home institute.

  • Copy of valid passport if students require a visa for their studies.

  • If relevant, justification of professional experience.

  • UVHC application form which is only available on line

The complete application file must be sent by post to :

International Relations will confirm receipt of the application file by e mail. It will be then forwarded to the relevant UVHC institute for approval. The international relations office will transfer the institute’s advice by e-mail and if you’re admitted to study at UVHC, you’ll receive an admission letter. Please wait for the admission letter before organizing your study mobility.
