Registration of course units

The choice of your subjects or a project is essential for the final validation of your credits. Once at the University of Valenciennes, you’ll have the possibility to change courses in your learning agreement (during the first month of your arrival). You’ll have to ask your departmental coordinator  in Valenciennes to approve changes in your learning agreement. You’ll then have to present it to the International Relations Office.

At the end of the semester and after the examination period or project defense, your academic coordinator will give your marks to the international relations office which will issue your ECTS transcript of records. Before your departure, you can get a copy of it. The international relations office sends the original transcript to the academic coordinator of your home institution.
