Accommodation request

To apply for a room in a students’ hall of residence, students have to fill in a form , print it, sign it and return it to the International Relations Office:

Deadlines : the accommodation request form is to be returned to the IRO before June 15th for the 1st semester (autumn semester) and before December 1st for the 2nd semester (spring semester). Students will then receive a confirmation of reservation in July (for arrivals in Semester 1) or December (for arrivals in Semester 2).
