Students coming from partner institutions (exchange agreements & ERASMUS+)

You are a student from a partner university which has concluded an agreement with the Université Polytechnique Haus-de-France (Erasmus+, BCI*, bilateral agreement…) you and want to undertake a period of study in our University ?

Here are the steps to follow: 

* BCI = Bureau de Coopération Interuniversitaire (Interuniversity Cooperation Office)

Step 1: Choose UPHF

Step 2 : Your nomination

You must be selected by your home university in order to do an exchange at the UPHF. please contact the International Relations Office of your university to find out how to apply.

Step 3 : Your application

    You have been selected and your university has sent us your request. We invite you to complete an online form [1] according to the following dates of stay:

• To study here:
  • If you would like to arrive in the Autumn semester [2] : please apply before 31st May
  • If you would like to arrive in the Spring semester [2] : please apply before 15th November 

• To carry out a project (in a research laboratory or a workshop): please apply six weeks before the start of the project.

Please do not forget to come to the International Relations Office [10] before leaving. We will provide you with a certificate of attendance.
At the end of the semester, the educational coordinator will provide the International Relations Office with your individual marks for them to create your official academic transcript.You will be sent a copy of your academic transcript by e-mail (See the explanations about the grading system applied at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and the transcript of record for exchange students [11]) . The original will be sent to your home University by post on demand.
