Submissions must not exceed 8 pages and must adhere to the standard 8.5" X 11" IEEE camera-ready format. Workshop proceedings will be published by IEEE. Formatting instructions and LaTeX macros are available at the following URL:

Submitted papers must not have been published or currently be under consideration for publication.
Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper in the workshop.
